What is Study Buddies?

• Team Connection: We’ll pair you with fellow members prepping for the same exam during the same time period.
• Guidance & Support: Get expert tips, shared resources, and motivational boosts from your team and PMI – Erie Chapter leaders.
• Application Assistance: We will help navigate the certification application process to ensure you are eligible for your certification when the time comes.

Expectations:

• Self-Driven Planning: We expect you to be seriously committed to obtaining a certification. As we are a small chapter, the study groups are expected to range from 2-8 people and we want to ensure that everyone is getting out of the experience what they put into it, commitment is imperative. We can assist in the process, but nobody can take the test for you.
• Follow the Rules of Conduct to ensure a supportive and respectful environment.

Rules of Conduct:

1. Respect: Foster a collaborative and positive atmosphere.
2. Punctuality: Notify teammates if you’ll be late or absent.
3. Engagement: Stay focused and present during meetings.
4. Privacy: Respect the confidentiality of shared personal information.
