PMI Erie Chapter Members are invited to join a virtual lunch hour discussion to talk about the future of our local Chapter, including the board’s proposal to dissolve the Chapter and the opportunity to become a branch of the Pittsburgh Chapter.
During this session, we’ll cover:
- Why the board is recommending dissolution
We’ll share the challenges we’ve faced and the rationale behind this difficult decision. - What becoming a branch of the Pittsburgh Chapter would look like
Learn how this transition could benefit our members, expand programming, and strengthen our regional presence. - Our proposed communication plan
We want to ensure every member is informed and has the opportunity to weigh in. We’ll outline how we plan to share updates and gather feedback. - What to do with existing Chapter assets
We’ll discuss options for responsibly managing any remaining funds, materials, or resources.
