Aaysha Noor serves as the VP, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at ERIE Insurance and responsible for leading efforts related to inclusive workforce, workplace, marketplace, product and Agents and our community. She oversees the design, and implementation of effective programs driving inclusion and belonging within the organization and develops and executes a strategic framework for sustainability and integration across the enterprise.

Prior to joining ERIE, she was the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at The GIANT Company where she was responsible for developing and implementing inclusive policies and practices to build a culture of inclusion and belonging across all aspects of organizational work and also support communities in equitable ways.

 A purpose-led servant leader, Aaysha not only brings professional expertise but also her lived experiences and vast community service that demonstrates her dedication to lift up underrepresented voices.  

An avid advocate of women empowerment, she continually serves on several nonprofit boards and committees to bridge the gap. Currently serving on the Board of Directors of HACC- the Central PA Community College, and PA Humanities. She is also on the community advisory board for the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship DEI Advisory Board, Central PA MLK 365, member of NEXTUP- Advancing All Women and Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship DEI Advisory Board.

In recognition of Aaysha’s work and efforts in driving positive change, she has received many awards. She is the recipient of Leadership in Diversity Award by The Conference for Women: Be Extraordinary, Sarah Alyce Wright Award from YWCA Greater Harrisburg, and Torch of Global Enlightenment Award from World Affairs Council of Harrisburg. She was named Women of Style in recognition of her impact by Susquehanna Style Magazine in 2019. She was also recognized as Top women in Grocery 2021 by Progressive Grocer, DEI Champion by National Diversity Council, and Women of Influence by The Griffin Report. She was named 2023 Top 15 Influential Women in Diversity by Diversity Global Magazine, Lo Mejor de lo Mejor Community Leader of the Year by Latino Connection, and received Impact Award by City & State PA, and  A Legacy of Community Service Award by Latino Convention.
