Calendar of Events

The June PMI Erie Chapter Meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Networking starts at 4:30 and the presentation is at 5:00. The topic for the June meeting is Embracing an Innovation Mindset by Keith Kennedy.

Speaker Bio:

Keith Kennedy serves as Senior Vice President, Next Level Innovation at Erie Insurance.  He and the Innovation Team partner with ERIE business areas to support core business innovation, stand up businesses that create new sources of revenue, and lead Erie Strategic Ventures, a corporate venture capital program that partners with startups to accelerate innovation at ERIE.

Keith has spent more than 30 years leading enterprise-level transformation at the intersection of business and technology.  About half of his career has been working for large companies and the other half has been in the management consulting and IT consulting industries.  All of his career has been focused on building and leading high-performing teams to deliver breakthrough results.

Keith joined ERIE in 2011 and has had a diverse range of leadership roles, including Vice President, Geographic Expansion (2011-2013), Senior Vice President, Strategic and Integrated Services, IT Division (2013-2019), and his current Innovation role since 2019.

Prior to joining ERIE, Keith spent approximately 15 years in the management consulting and IT consulting industries.  He was executive director for insurance industry operations and chief customer officer with Blackwell Consulting Services in Chicago.  He also served as a senior leader for Macquarium Intelligent Communications, a human-centered design company based in Atlanta.
