September 2022 PMI Erie Chapter Meeting
Please join us for our September PMI Erie Chapter Meeting on Tuesday, September 20, 2022
The meeting will include a presentation by Brandy Helmuth. Brandy is a manager of a team of IT individuals who specialize in automation, reporting and software.
Brandy will speak about project management prioritization and learning how to say no to new projects with poor requirements and/or specs.
Many of us have had that experience where customers/stakeholders ask for something and we do not have the capacity to take on another project. Or we are presented with a new project that really has no scope, no direction or no information. How do we tell our customers/stakeholders no without outright saying no?
