5:30pm – 6:00pm Annual Elections

VP, Programs & Education
The VP, Programs & Education role is responsible for planning and holding our monthly chapter meetings as well as working as a liaison for other chapter education seminars and conferences. This role partners with the VP, Marketing & Communications to gain perspectives and ensure programs are meeting the needs of the chapter. On a monthly basis, the VP, Programs & Education plans monthly dinner meetings and works with the VP, Finance to set the budget. Annually, the VP, Program & Education works with the President and other board members to set strategic direction and works with the VP, Finance to approve the annual Program & Education budget.
The VP, Finance role is responsible for managing the finances within the chapter. This includes setting and approving annual budgets, any applicable charitable giving and applying for applicable chapter grants. On a monthly basis, the VP, Finance prepares our chapter monthly financial statement for the board meetings, analyzes program profitability and works with other board members on expenditures. Annually, the VP, Finance supports the President and other board members in finalizing the budget, and for filing our annual tax return.
